This Privacy Policy applies to ZDC Services (“ZDC”, “we”, “us”) and every product operated under the ZDC name, including the ZDC Services App, Chai Karwaan, ZDC Dental AI Analysis, and ZDC Ads Agency.

• Account details: name, phone number, email, and profile information.
• Location and GPS data: for features involving provider matching or tracking, we collect device location while the app is in active use.
• Identity verification (KYC) documents: service providers and partners may be asked for a government-issued ID (PAN, Voter ID, Driving Licence, or masked/DigiLocker-verified Aadhaar) as part of onboarding.
• Payment information: processed through Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. We never store your card or bank details on our servers.
• Photos and images: ZDC Dental AI Analysis requires an uploaded photo or X-ray, used only to generate your result.
• Usage and device data: app version, device type, and general usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve our services, match you with providers, verify partners, process payments, generate your dental analysis, and respond to support requests.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with the provider or partner fulfilling your order, with Razorpay for payments, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted storage and restricted access.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

KYC documents, account records, transaction history, and support records are retained only for the period required by law or legitimate business purposes. Once retention is no longer required, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account through the application (where available) or by contacting our support team.

Upon verification of the request, we will permanently delete or anonymize personal information, except where we are legally required to retain certain records for regulatory, security, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

To provide our services, we may use trusted third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications)
• Google Play Services
• Google Maps Platform
• Razorpay Payment Gateway
• OneSignal (where enabled)

These providers process data only to deliver the requested services and are subject to their own privacy policies.

9. App Permissions

Our applications may request the following permissions:

• Camera – for KYC verification, profile photos, and document capture.
• Photos / Storage – to upload identity documents, images, and files.
• Location – to match users with nearby service providers.
• Background Location – used only while a worker is actively providing location-based services or live job tracking.
• Notifications – to deliver service requests, job alerts, support replies, and important account updates.

Permissions are used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended only for users who are at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally permitted to use the services under applicable laws.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
