Your Right to Delete Your Account

At ZDC Services, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. You may request the deletion of your account associated with any official product or service operated by ZDC Services at any time, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Products Covered

This Account Deletion Policy applies to all official products owned and operated by ZDC Services, including but not limited to ZDC Services App, ZDC Dental AI Analysis, Chai Karwaan, InstaMeat, ZDC Ads Agency, and other official ZDC Services products.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1 – From the Mobile App: If the application provides an in-app Delete Account option, log in to your account, go to Profile or Account Settings, select Delete Account, and confirm your request. Your request will be processed after verification.

Method 2 – Contact Support: If the in-app option is unavailable, you may contact us at dr.tariq075@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/Phone at +91 73550 75635. Please include your registered mobile number or email address, the name of the product or application, and a request stating that you wish to permanently delete your account. We may verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What Happens After Deletion?

Once your request has been verified and approved, your account will be permanently deactivated, personal profile information will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate, you will no longer be able to access the deleted account, and certain services linked to your account may no longer be available. Account deletion cannot normally be reversed once completed.

Information We May Retain

Even after your account is deleted, certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including payment and transaction records, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention records, security logs, and records required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period after successful identity verification. The exact processing time may vary depending on the product, the nature of the request, and any applicable legal requirements.

Effect on Active Orders or Services

If you have an active booking, pending order, ongoing subscription, unresolved dispute, or outstanding payment obligation, processing of your deletion request may be delayed until those matters are resolved, where permitted by law.

Third-Party Accounts

Deleting your ZDC Services account does not automatically delete any accounts you maintain with third-party services such as payment providers, authentication providers, or other external platforms. Those accounts remain subject to the policies of the respective third-party providers.
