By submitting or managing a listing on our platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

About ZDC Services

ZDC Services develops and operates digital platforms that may include business directories, professional listings, local service providers, and commercial profiles. This policy applies to all directory services offered under the ZDC Services brand.

Eligibility

Businesses, professionals, organizations, service providers, and legally operating entities may apply for a directory listing, subject to verification and approval where applicable. Listing approval is not automatic and remains at the discretion of ZDC Services.

Information Required

Depending on the listing category, applicants may be asked to provide business name, owner name, contact number, email address, business address, business category, description of services, business logo, photographs, website or social media links (if available), business registration documents (where applicable), GST number (if applicable), and Shop & Establishment registration (if applicable). Additional information may be requested where necessary.

Accuracy of Information

Listing owners are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, current, and lawful. False, misleading, or outdated information must be corrected promptly.

Verification

Where applicable, ZDC Services may verify business ownership, contact details, identity of the applicant, business registration, location information, and other supporting documents. Verification status may vary depending on the category or product. Verification does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of products or services.

Listing Approval

All listings are subject to review. ZDC Services reserves the right to approve a listing, reject a listing, request additional information, edit formatting for consistency, and remove duplicate listings. Approval depends on compliance with our policies and quality standards.

Prohibited Listings

Listings must not promote illegal products or services, contain misleading claims, include false contact details, violate intellectual property rights, promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination, contain obscene or unlawful content, misrepresent business ownership, or advertise prohibited goods or services under applicable law.

Business Responsibility

Each business owner remains solely responsible for products offered, services provided, pricing, customer interactions, legal compliance, licenses and registrations, and taxes and statutory obligations. ZDC Services provides the directory platform and does not become a party to transactions between users and listed businesses unless expressly stated otherwise.

Service Provider Profiles

Service providers listed on the platform are responsible for ensuring that their profile information, qualifications, experience, pricing (where applicable), service areas, and contact details are accurate and kept up to date. Any verification badge or status displayed by ZDC Services indicates only that certain verification checks have been completed. It does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, endorsement, or certification of the provider’s quality, skills, availability, or future performance.

Ratings & Reviews

Where ratings and reviews are available, reviews should reflect genuine user experiences, fake reviews are prohibited, businesses must not manipulate ratings, offensive or abusive reviews may be removed, and ZDC Services reserves the right to moderate reviews in accordance with platform policies.

Listing Updates

Listing owners are responsible for keeping information updated, including business address, phone number, operating hours, services offered, and business status.

Listing Removal

ZDC Services may remove, suspend, or restrict listings where information is inaccurate, required verification fails, policies are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, a business permanently closes, required legal documents are not maintained, or removal is required under applicable law.

Premium Listings

Where premium or featured listings are offered, additional terms may apply. Payment does not guarantee higher rankings outside the purchased promotional placement. Promotional placements remain subject to applicable advertising policies.

Intellectual Property

Businesses must ensure that logos, photographs, descriptions, and other uploaded materials are owned by them or used with appropriate authorization. ZDC Services is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from user-submitted content.

Privacy

Personal information submitted for listing purposes will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Only information intended for public display will be published in the directory.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Directory Listing Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our official website.
